1. Internal Logistics Executive

Your ‘Day to Day’

  • Plans, coordinates, and ensures efficient flows in all Factory Logistics operation in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale:
  • LSP management and communication
  • Implement all Daily Management System (DMS) on warehouses
  • Monitor that appropriate performance is delivered following Run To Target (RTT Log&WH) methodology
  • Oversee full flow for assigned commodity (DIM, Leaf, Clove, Semi’s, FG, tax stickers, spare parts, and disposal when applicable) through the factory
  • Ensure smooth and effective communication between Factory, LSP, Regional SC, Tax and Broker (when applicable)
  • Monitor costs efficiently, provide analysis related to resources utilization and propose corrective actions when needed
  • Define improvement priorities and action plans to ensure adherence to PMI quality standards and legal requirements
  • Efficiently allocate and monitor incoming requests, either in-plant or to remote resources, by setting priorities in order to meet customers’ deadlines
  • Ensuring that goods are stored and moved in accordance with all local laws and PMI practices and procedures

Who We’re Looking For

  • Have Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in Warehouse or Logistics department
  • Able to work in shift when needed and are willing to work in Karawang
  • Have knowledge in WMS (warehouse management system), warehouse safety, standard operating procedure, stock management, & operating SAP
  • Familiarity to operate Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word) for professional usage is a must
  • Have experience in managing the LSP (Logistic Service Provider) will be advantageous

2. Penetration Tester, Red Teamer

Jakarta, Indonesia

Your ‘Day to Day’

  • Identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities in PMI applications and systems using a wide variety of methods, e.g. static code analysis, dynamic / interactive testing, manual penetration testing and code review
  • Describe identified issues in the form of reports and ensure that relevant stakeholders understand the risk that those vulnerabilities pose to the Company
  • Analyze the scope, methodology and results of ethical hacking activities performed by third parties around the presence of vulnerabilities in systems used or to be used by PMI
  • Follow up with third parties on any inconsistency and ambiguity in the reports to have a reasonable level of assurance over security testing deliverables provided by vendors
  • Advise IT teams on how to replicate identified cybersecurity issues and remediate them in the most effective and cost-efficient way
  • Partner with other Information Security leaders to ensure that PMI follows best practices in the application security testing domain by continuously optimizing tools, techniques and methodologies
  • Keep up to date with the constantly evolving cyber threat landscape and the latest developments in ethical hacking techniques

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in ethical hacking / penetration testing / vulnerability assessment / read teaming, preferably in professional services or consulting companies
  • Professional certifications in ethical hacking (e.g. OSCP, GIAC Penetration Tester, GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester, GIAC Mobile Device Security Analyst)
  • Proven track record in performing web, mobile and thick client application security testing using well-known methodologies (OWASP, OSMMT or CREST) and techniques (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA)
  • Experience in IoT solutions security assessment and penetration testing
  • Experience in large scale Red Teaming exercises
  • Demonstrated experience with both automated and manual penetration testing using open source and / or commercial tools
  • Experience with cloud environments
  • Knowledge of common web and mobile technologies (e.g. ASP.NET, C#, Java, JavaScript, Ruby, Python)
  • Strong understanding of modern application architectures including microservices, containers, APIs and serverless technologies
  • Sound knowledge of impact and remediation techniques for vulnerabilities from and outside of OWASP Top 10
  • Considerable technical writing proficiency and oral presentation skills, in English
  • Practical experience in Agile / DevOps organizations and cultures

3. Analyst R2R Salaries & Wages

Surabaya, Indonesia

We are looking for an Analyst Record to Report Salaries & Wages to be stationed in Jakarta / Surabaya.

Your ‘Day to Day’

  • Execute and ensure proper analysis for employee related expenses.
  • Calculate and post personnel related accruals, in conformity with US GAAP, Legal, Fiscal, and Statutory requirements.
  • Responsible for complex activities on Salaries and Wages due to different tax / local regulation environment.
  • Analyze and support for internal and external audit requirements, liaise with the auditors and colleagues across the business as required.
  • Work closely with Affiliates to ensure consistency in variances interpretation and provide guidance and accounting support according to US GAAP standards.
  • Perform the process of gathering, consolidating, and reporting financial data. Review and validate the data received to ensure its accuracy as a basis for the reporting.
  • Perform submission of financial information and reports / analysis.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Self-driven professional with university degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience.
  • Good understanding of Accounting & Reporting.
  • Experienced individual in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fast learner and comfort to deal with higher Management.
  • Ability to work independently in very dynamic and challenging environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.

4. Supervisor Retail Engagement

We are looking for a Supervisor Retail Engagement who will be based in Manado.

  • Planning, monitoring and controlling the implementation of trade marketing activities
  • Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel’s strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlet’s potency and consumer preference
  • Managing and implementing strong business relationships with all stakeholders

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 1 year work experience in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Proven leadership and organizational savvy
  • Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
