Job Description :
- Manage daily operation from 4M activity.
- Make a report to managerial about process and production
Qualification :
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Minimum Bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering or related
- Minimum experience 4 years from Manufacturing Industries, esp from Steel Pipe Industries
- Understand about steel pipe processing
- Understand about management system IATF 16949 : 2016
- Having strong leadership, with experiences manage minimum 20 peoples
2. Quality Control Staff
Job Description :
- Assesing customer requirements and ensuring the qualities
- Investigating & setting standards for quality and safety
- Control manufacturing process comply with national & international standard
- Working with other operating staff to establish prosedures, standard system & procedures
Qualification :
- Maximum age 26 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering/MIPA
- Professional level communication skills are highly desirable to lead and facilitate meetings, training and presentations with internal and external customers
- Have good analyze
- Have knowledge about Statistical Process Control and Measurement System Analysis
3. QAQC Manager
Qualification :
- Maximum age 35 years old
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Engineering
- Minimum 2 years experience as ISO IATF 16949 Management Representative
- At least have 2 years experience as Manager / Assisstant Manager QAQC Automotive Company
- Manage and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standars, regulations, spesific equipment spesifications, and QMS requirements
- Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization
- Advanced ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with all internal organization departements, customer and suppliers
4. Marketing Analyst
Qualification :
- Age maximum 27 years old
- GPA minimum 3.00
- Candidate must possess at Bachelor Degree in Statistic, Math, Engineering or Economic
- Minimum two years of working experience in related field
- Understand and interpretation large amounts of data
- Familiar with Statistic and Market Research Methods and tools
- Having knowledge of software programs used to analyze data (Excel, SPSS, etc)
- Interest in digital marketing and tech savvy

5. Internal Sales Staff
Job Description :
- Responsible to manage and maintain data customer
- Build strong relationship with other departement
- Prepare presentation for customer based on assesment, customer request
- Make informative, true and well organized report about customer visit.
Qualification :

- Minimum Bachelor Degree (GPA > 3.00)
- Have minimum 1 year experience
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill

6. Engineering Staff
Qualification :

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant
