Dibutuhkan :

1. First Mile Supervisor – Non Metro

What will you do :

Supervise & lead a team of First Mile in a day to day operation
Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for relevant activities of the account/s
Follow up closely with customers on operations issues, discrepancies and damages
Supervise and ensure local orders, including documentation are delivered accurately and on time
Monitor operation productivities and drive cost control initiatives
Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
Responsible for the inspection and routine maintenance of facility and equipment
Ensure general housekeeping & cleanliness
Any other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time

What are the requirements :

Diploma degree in any major, preferable in Logistic Supply Chain/Industrial Engineering
Having related experience at least 2 years
Ability to work in fast pace and dynamic environment
Service oriented and a team player
Having excellent skills in communication, leadership, critical thinking & problem solving
Having good Administrative and Ms. Excel skills
Willing to be placement at Surabaya

2. First Mile Route Planner

What will you do :

Responsible for effective design, re-engineering and management pick up routes
Design routes pick up, plan and deploy new pick-up routes and integrate new routes into existing route networks
Checking and Analyze route productivity on daily basis
Create dashboard and report Route Monitoring
Maintain Cost per Routing

What is Qualifications :

Minimum 2 years working experiences in Logistic
Highly responsible, strong attention to details and passion to work quickly/efficiently to meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
Independent, proactive, critical thinking skills, having willingness to learn

3. Ops Transport – General Affair

What will you do :

Support operational activities through the procurement of required goods and services
Manage and monitor the procurement of goods or operational facilities. ( Ticketing system)
Manage asset documentation
Manage cost procurement
Reporting ( weekly, monthly)

What are the requirements :

Diploma/Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Management
Open to fresh graduate
Good communication skill
Detail-oriented and accurate at numeral operation
Able to work individually and as a team
Ready for night shift
Expert Ms. Office (Excel, p. point)
Willing to be placed in Kapuk/Pasar Rebo, Jakarta

4. Warehouse Data Analyst – Tangerang

What will you do :

Lead Data Governance in Fulfillment B2B Department
Ensure data availability for the Fulfillment B2B team
Ensure Report & Data reliability and accuracy in various Fulfillment Function
Collect, analyze and transform operational data into valuable and actionable insights
Building and maintaining strategic, operational, and analytical dashboards
Design end to end process for data collection and development
Provide Monthly Invoicing Data for all Client in Metro
Track KPIs and report on operations performance
Trouble shooting WMS for all warehouse in Metro

What are the requirements :

Diploma degree in any major
Having experience in Data Analyst at least 2 years
Clear understanding of logistics, warehouse, & inventory management.
Having excellent skills in communication, leadership, analytical thinking & problem solving
Having good Ms Excel skills
Willing to be placement at Legok Karawaci Tangerang

5. Warehouse Supervisor – Legok

What will you do:

Maintaining inbound, outbound, & inventory process in the warehouse
Organizing, coordinating, and supervising all subordinate task to fit with the company’s SOP
Managing all resources for warehouse & transportation activity including people, vehicle, equipment, and warehouse’s asset
Improving activity in the warehouse, including for forecasting
Making reports and analysis of warehouse performance
Do coaching for underperformance manpower
Overcoming warehouse problems, logistics system, and customer issues

What are the requirements :

Diploma degree in any major
