- Mengerti installasi, konfigurasi, troubleshoot serta manajemen server (Windows/Linux, Email Server, File Server)
- Mengerti installasi, konfigurasi dan troubleshoot virtualisasi server menggunakan VMWare
- Setting dan troubleshoot perangkat komputer (Laptop, PC Desktop, Printer, CCTV, dll)
- Installasi, setting serta troubleshoot perangkat software (Office, ERP, Antivirus, dll)
