We are looking for a Supervisor Consumer Engagement who will be based in Bukittinggi.

Your ‘Day To Day’

  • Planning, executing, monitoring and reporting overall consumer engagement activities done through different channels in assigned areas, e.g. Media, LAMP / HOP, Event, Community
  • Analyzing marketing issues / opportunities in assigned areas, including segmenting, consumer profiling, etc.

  • Provide guidance, assist in analyzing, define scope and technical needs in determining and implementing IT solutions

We are seeking for highly motivated candidates to join as Analyst Risk & Controls to be placed in Jakarta / Surabaya.

Your ‘Day To Day’

  • As part of providing risk assurance and advisory support to the business, the incumbent will be part of competent team with experience in business, finance, compliance and systems risk management that can effectively deliver end-to-end risk management advisory and assurance support to the management team and business process.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with local Project Management Office and business process owners, perform annual & continuous integrated risk assessment and make risk management action plans proposals to the management reflecting the latest business objectives and risk appetite.
  • Provide advisory to business process to establish end-to-end process flow for key business projects, evaluate the key risks, and design smart business controls by leveraging as much as possible on technology for automation completed with clear control owners accountabilities and documentation, to effectively mitigate the financial reporting, operational, and compliance.
  • Perform integrated audits of the end-to-end process including the impact of enabling systems on the business process and SOX testing using risk-based approach, to independently and holistically assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the controls over the business process (both manual and automated). 4. Manager IT Solution Architect

Location : Jakarta

  • Support implementation of PMI’s Architecture Services and all related service portfolios at a IT product level including documentation standards, to better support current and future business needs.
  • Develop, document and maintain the key business & process area specific application, technology, data and security architecture for an IT Product to meet business needs while ensuring the alignment with standards and environment.
  • Analyze, plan and manage the overall roadmap for IT products in the respective domains; and periodically publish the respective product roadmaps.

Location : Surabaya

We are looking for Analyst Order to Cash – B2C who will be based in Surabaya, To performing tasks within the Order to Cash Stream (Accounts Receivable & Collections), as well as involvement in the Month End Closing process and some other specific accounting activities related to the stream.

Your ‘Day To Day’

  • Ensuring all transactions registered in B2C direct sales channel are correctly recorded in SAP
  • Process various types of collections related to B2C sales channels: post matched receipts in SAP, follow up on any open items and communicate with relevant parties for immediate solutions
  • Allocation of payment received from customer through PSP / Acquirer and reconciliation of payments and order including investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries.
