Posisi :

1. Management Trainee Human Resource

Responsibilities :

  • Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives
  • Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems
  • Policy Development: Development and updating HR Policies and procedures
  • Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus
  • Previous HR experience or internships is a great plus
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • English is mandatory
  • Willing to work in Head Office in Pangandaran, and willing to work out to all around in Indonesia (if needed)

2. Management Trainee Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities :

  • Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
  • Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque administration
  • Manage bank account, including opening and closing account, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation
  • Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements :

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related major from reputable university
  • Maximum age 25 years old
  • Familiar with accounting software
  • Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
  • Able to work individually and within a team
  • Work well under pressure
  • Creative, innovative, and have a good character
  • Excellent organizational skill
  • Skilled in multitasking
  • Flexible in terms of working hours
  • Able to work in an agile environment
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

3. Management Trainee Legal

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the legal team on all issues related to legal, law, and regulations, including but no limited to internal and external stakeholders
  • Producing legal product needed and/or requested by the company
  • Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
  • Any other assignment needed by the company

Requirements :

  • Diploma/bachelor’s degree of law from reputable university
  • Minimal 1 years work experience
  • Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts
  • Able to handle company documents and permits
  • Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
  • Be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Intermediate in multitasking
  • Flexible in terms of working hours

4. Management Trainee General

Requirements:

  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Skill in multitasking

5. Media Officer

Requirements :

  • Minimal Bachelor/Diploma degree
  • Have experience in Media, digital agency, or other creative industries is a plus
  • Have creative mind with content planning skill and social media handling
  • Experience in managing and leading creative team
  • Creative professional with the technical skill for Adobe Photoshop, Al, and Illustrator and willing to work with a wide range of media
  • Photography and digital marketing skill will be a plus
  • Prior experience in banding and social media
  • Good in teamwork & managing workload
  • ⁠High attention to detail and design aesthetics
  • Willing to work in Pangandaran, West java
