PT ASI Pudjiastuti Aviation yang lebih dikenal dengan nama Susi Air merupakan maskapai penerbangan perintis di Indonesia yang berfokus pada layanan transportasi udara ke wilayah terpencil. Perusahaan ini didirikan pada tahun 2004 oleh pengusaha sekaligus tokoh nasional Susi Pudjiastuti. Awalnya, perusahaan ini dibentuk untuk mendukung distribusi hasil laut dan logistik bisnis milik keluarga Pudjiastuti. Namun setelah terjadinya 2004 Indian Ocean tsunami, armada pesawat yang dimiliki Susi Air banyak digunakan untuk kegiatan kemanusiaan dan distribusi bantuan ke daerah yang sulit dijangkau.

Seiring waktu, Susi Air berkembang menjadi salah satu operator penerbangan regional penting di Indonesia yang melayani rute perintis, charter flight, serta logistik udara ke berbagai wilayah terpencil seperti Papua, Kalimantan, hingga kawasan kepulauan Indonesia lainnya. Maskapai ini dikenal menggunakan pesawat kecil berjenis STOL (Short Take-Off and Landing) seperti Pilatus Porter dan Cessna Caravan yang mampu mendarat di landasan pendek di daerah pedalaman. Dengan fokus pada konektivitas wilayah dan dukungan transportasi udara nasional.

Posisi:

1. Management Trainee Finance & Accounting

Responsibilities:

  • Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
  • Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments, and cheque administration
  • Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation
  • Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Major from reputable University
  • Familiar with accounting software
  • Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
  • Able to work individually and within a team
  • Work well under pressure
  • Creative, innovative, and have a good character
  • Excellent organizational skill
  • Skilled in multitasking
  • Flexible in term of working hours
  • Able to work in an agile environment
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

2. Management Trainee Legal

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree of law from reputable University
  • Minimum 1 Year work experience in Legal field
  • Have PKPA and UPA is a plus
  • Good skill in making and analyzing company contracts
  • Able to handle company documents and permits
  • Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
  • be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
  • Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
  • Flexible in terms of working hours

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Legal team on all issue related to Legal, Law, and Regulations, including but not limited to internal and external stakeholders
  • Producing legal products needed and/or requested by the company
  • Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
  • Any other assignment needed by the company

3. Management Trainee HR Expatriate

Organizational Context:

  • As part of our commitment to providing comprehensive human resource support for our expatriate workforce, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Expatriate. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the end-to-end HR process for expatriates, particularly pilots and engineers, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the HR Manager, the HR Expatriate will be responsible for:

  • Managing end-to-end HR processes for expatriates (pilots & engineers)
  • Handling recruitment, onboarding, and orientation of expatriate staff
  • Preparing and managing employment contracts, extensions, and renewals
  • Coordinating payroll, benefits, and insurance for expatriates
  • Managing work permits, visas, and other expatriate-related documentation
  • Acting as a liaison between expatriates and management
  • Addressing employee relations matters and providing HR support as needed
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (prior experience in HR, expatriate management, or related roles is a plus)
  • Experience in handling expatriate documentation and labor law compliance is highly desirable
  • Previous experience in aviation or multinational companies is an advantage

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is required
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken) is essential

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Solid knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations, especially concerning expatriates

Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Management Trainee General

Organizational Context:

  • We are opening recruitment for highly motivated Management Trainees (General) who will work closely with the management of Susi Air. This program is designed to groom future leaders by providing direct exposure to strategic projects, operational processes, and management decision-making. Candidates from top universities with strong academic backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Under the supervision of senior management, the Management Trainee (General) will be responsible for:
  • Assisting management in daily operations and strategic initiatives
  • Supporting cross-departmental projects to improve efficiency and performance
  • Conducting research, data analysis, and preparing reports for management decisions
  • Participating in presentations, meetings, and management reviews
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects

  • Preparing for leadership responsibilities through on-the-job training and mentorship

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline from a top or reputable university
  • Minimum GPA: 3.25/4.00 (preferred)

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Internship or organizational leadership experience is an advantage
  • Experience in aviation or fast-paced industries is a plus

Certifications:

  • Not required, but leadership or management-related certifications are an advantage

As part of our commitment to ensuring effective financial operations across our aviation bases, we are seeking a detail-oriented Management Trainee – Finance to support financial administration, income reconciliation, and reporting processes

The role will work closely with operational units and finance teams to ensure accurate documentation, timely reporting, and compliance with company financial procedures within a dynamic operational environment

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from reputable University
  • Minimum 1 year experience in related field
  • Familiar with accounting software
  • Intermediate up to advance level in excel
  • Verbal and written English communication skill is a must
  • Able to work individually and within a team
  • Creative, innovative, and have a good character
  • Excellent organizational skill
  • Skilled in multitasking
  • Flexible in term of working hours
  • Able to work in an agile environment

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Input data document to company database
  • Checking the completeness of document from the operational base and unit (Manifest, Stowing and Nota)
  • Communicate and collaborating with base regarding document revisions and document uploads
  • Monitoring reconciliation of income and the supporting documents
  • Reconcile income with bank statements
  • Provide monthly report of income
