1. Specialist LMS

Location : Jakarta, ID

Job Description :

Learning Management System (LMS)

Accountable & responsible for liase with IT and internal L&D to develop LMS enhancement feature as required.
Accountable & responsible for liase with IT and L&D internal to ensure the LMS System and add on application runs well as required.
Accountable & responsible for ensuring all the data and/or information needed in the LMS System are timely update and easy to access including but not limited to training history, training report, ect.
Accountable & responsible to managing configuration and administering data source in LMS
Accountable & Responsible for liase with IT and internal L&D to ensure the stability to access to LMS.
Accountable & responsible for coordinating the troubleshooting process of LMS problem with IT and internal L&D
Accountable & responsible for evaluating and observing the update of LMS technology and seeking for the best to be used for the company in the future.

IT Infrastructure

Accountable for maintaining IT devices and networking at Training Center, Cileungsi in coorporation with TC Facility Management and D&IT Department
Accountable & responsible coordinating the toubleshooting process of IT devices and networking at Training Center Cileungsi in cooperation with TC facility management and D&IT Department.

Job Requirement :

Bachelor degree (S1) in Information Technology or Technical Industry
3 – 5 Year in Human Resources or data management or related field.
Business English, MS Office, SAP and LMS

2. Technician

Location : Jakarta, ID

Responsibilities:

Analyze and conduct repair and maintenance (i.e. all adjustment and calibration, testing, etc) of various problem on engine/power train/hydraulics system/fuel system/auto electrical.
Analyze and conduct troubleshooting on any operations faults or damage occurred to engine/power train/ hydraulics system/ fuel system/ auto electrical according to service manual.
Develop Mechanic skill, identify and recommend skill development according to competency needed.
Implement SHE activities in the working place (including the contamination control implementation).
Inspect and prepare report in standard service form.

Requirements:

Minimum Technical High School (STM)
Has knowledge related basis mechanic process and system equipment
Basic English

3. Technical Custodian

Location : Jakarta, ID

Job Describtion :

Accountable and responsible for preparing, compiling and mastering the literarure and training tools to be used in the CO-OP Program.
Responsible for the program actiity planning to be executed on time and accordinng to the confirmed target.
Accountable and responsible for reviewing, analyzing and applying modules and training tools for enrichment program to be executed to the CO-OP participants.
Responsible for ensuring the CO-OP program objective executed according to the confirmed target.
Responsible for comducting admission test for new student recruitment
Responsible for supporting program initiative if needed
Accountable and responsible for coaching, explaining, informing, and supervising participant on technical curriculum explained during the teaching & learning process.
Responsible for ensuring all program participants get the equal skill and able to explore their sthrength and weakness
Responsible for supporting participants technical preparation to participate in CO-OP events (K3TAB, Lokakarya)
Redponsible for monitoring skill progress of program partisipants and provide follow up as required.
Accountable and responsible for conducting Skill Validation.
Accountable and responsible for quality of skill validation result according to requirement.
Accountable and responsible for conducting Final Competency Test.
Responsible for quality of final competency test result according to required level
Responsible for preparing, supervising, monitoring and mentoring participants during OJT process
Responsible for analyzing training need for lecturers and provide recommendation
Responsible for ensuring participants to have poor-hungry-determined attitude by conducting soft skill training
Responsible for socializing Core Value & Leadership Traits to participants
Responsible for supporting process of institution performance evaluation.
Responsible for conducting guest lecturer sessions set by the program

Job Requirement :

Machine STM/Polytechnic/University
2 Year as Heavy Equipment Serviceman or HE Instructor
Business Knowledge : Business service, Technical Knowledge, knowledge of Mechanical system
Specific requirement : Service background, Coaching & Developing others
Business English and Ms Office

4. Mechanic Component Rebuild

Location : Balikpapan, ID

Job Requirement :

Diploma degree or Vocational School (SMK) , Major in Mechanical Engineering
Maximum age of 25 years, with Mechanical experiences the age limit is 27 years,
