1. Seller Activation Officer (Outsource)

Job Desc :

  • Mengajak seller di e-commerce (Tokped dan Shopee) untuk menggunakan layanan pengiriman sicepat

Kualifikasi :

  • Wanita
  • Pendidikan D3/S1 Jurusan apapun
  • Usia maksimal 29 thn
  • Pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Sales/marketing
  • Mampu mengoperasikan MS. Office dengan baik (Khususnya MS. Excel, seperti rumus Vlookup, Hlookup, Fungsi IF, dll)
  • Komunikatif, serta suka bekerja dengan target
  • Lokasi Kerja : Gunung Sahari, Jakarta Pusat

2. Staff HR Engagement

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Membantu pelaksanaan program-program yang ada di HR Employee Engagement
  • Membantu proses administrasi HR Employee Engagement (klaim realisasi kegiatan)
  • Membuat report mingguan dan bulanan terkait aktivitas HR Employee Engagement
  • Membentuk serta membina club karyawan untuk kegiatan engagement

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan min. D3/S1 Jurusan Komunikasi, Kesehatan Masyarakat, Manajemen SDM, dan jurusan yang serupa
  • Mempunyai pengalaman min. 1 tahun di posisi yang sama
  • Mampu mengoperasikan MS Office (MS. Word, Excel, Outlook) dengan baik
  • Komunikatif, inisiatif, customer service oriented, integritas, serta mampu bekerja secara individu dan kelompok

3. IT Associate Product Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Understand the business needs alignment to company’s vision, objective & key result, and translate them into data teams’ product requirements
  • Determine Product Strategy & Roadmapping together with the data team
  • Define and measure the relevant metrics that define the success of products
  • Manage internal & external IT data team to ensure product delivery according to plan
  • Maintain & monitoring product performance & experience
  • Iteration through experiment & research to achieve key result

Kualifikasi :

  • Minimal 1 years experienced as Associate Product Manager / product team  or related
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field which requires logically creative thinking
  • Applied data inform product management with proof clear key result
  • Familiar with SCRUM or related into methodology software development life cycle
  • Have experienced in experimental product management (A/B & Multivariate Testing)
  • Work Location: Ir. H. Juanda, Jakarta Pusat


4. Scrum Master

Job Descriptions :

  • Experience in Agile way of Working, Scrum and Project Management
  • Coordinate sprints, grooming, sprint planning, sprint review , retrospective meeting and daily stand-ups
  • as A coach team members in Agile frameworks
  • Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration
  • Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. stakeholders)
  • Work closely with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
  • Ensure Deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
  • Manage cross team dependences, help identify and remove impediments, and escalate when necessary.
  • Creat the sprint report and documentation about the team progress to make it visible to the entire team, product owner and all the stakeholders.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree, Bachelor Degree, in any field
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in the same role is required for this position
  • Has natural talent to listen and understand people
  • Able to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Loves t work in a team and interact with new stakeholders
  • Able to Teach and guide others as well as support other ideas
  • Good in negotiating skill and must be comfortable in a fast paced environment, balancing multiple and complex projects.


5. Staff Multimedia (Camera Person)

Job Requirements:

  • Hold min D3 in Broadcasting
  • Familiar with cinematic video
  • Familiar with cinematic camera type
  • Able to operate image & video editing programs such as photoshop, adobe (premiere, AE, etc)
  • Ready & able to work after office hour if needed


6. Internship (Social Media Specialist)

Job Descriptions:

  • Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
  • Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
  • Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
  • Communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
  • Preparing monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
  • Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
  • Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of social media management and strategy
  • Great Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to work hard with target deadline target deadline and able to work in a team.
  • Understand tracking and analyze social media
  • Can do design with adobe is a plus (such Photoshop or Ilustrator)


7. Creative Design Staff (Illustrator)

Job Description:

  • Able to adjust the illustration style
  • Mastering environment & character illustration
  • Can create an asset for animation
  • Can work equally well with all parties
  • Estimating the time required to complete the work

Requirements:

  • Minimum diploma degree in design graphic/equal
  • Have minimum 2 years in related field
  • Have skills in operating adobe photoshop & illustrator
  • Have experience in operating adobe after effect & adobe premiere is a plus
  • Have skills in animation is a plus
  • Excellent understanding about developing concepts and creative ideas
  • Have outstanding portfolio is a must


8. Field Surveyor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Koordinasi dengan tim operasional Sicepat yang ada di lapangan
  • Mencari lokasi untuk kebutuhan ekspansi Sicepat  di daerah-daerah yang dibutuhkan

Kriteria:

  • Pendidikan Minimal D3 semua jurusan
  • Mempunyai kendaraan bermotor dan SIM C
  • Siap bekerja secara mobile
  • Mampu mengoperasikan Ms Office (terutama excel)
  • Dapat mengoperasikan Ms Visio dan Auto cad (nilai plus)

9. Senior Staff Industrial Engineering System Development

Job Descriptions:

  •  Manage and run task project (enhancement/improvement) directly the system
  •  Create documentation such as Change Request or Business Requirement Design document
  •  Follow up User Acceptance Test
  •  Improve engineering and operational to have digitalization/ automation system
  • Working together as a team with external and internal team

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s degree in major Industrial engineering/ Informatic engineering
  • Familiar with UI/UX and prototype
  • Good knowledge about project management & business process improvement

10. Field Surveyor

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Koordinasi dengan tim operasional Sicepat yang ada di lapangan
  • Mencari lokasi untuk kebutuhan ekspansi Sicepat  di daerah-daerah yang dibutuhkan
