1. Digital Loan Operation

Job Description :

  • Portfolio monitoring for digital loan products
  • Monitor regular Quality Assurance (QA) or Sanity check of digital loan products
  • Perform SLIK crawling and reporting related to digital loan
  • Settle customer complaints and operational issues related to digital loan

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, management, or accounting and administration
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in credit loan from the banking industry
  • Familiar with BI, OJK and other banking regulation
  • Deep understanding of law and accountant matters
  • Deep understanding of litigation services

2. Operations – ShopeePayLater, QA Desk Collection

Job Description :

  • Take recording sampling from Desk Collection agents
  • Analyze and evaluate agents’ job performance based on data and recommend action
  • Provide reports related to the quality score of all agents on an ongoing basis
  • Provide coaching for agents
  • Regular calibration with trainers and team leads
  • Regular morning briefing with desk collection team
  • Handle ad hoc QA-related works

Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma degree from any major
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as QA Collection
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to operate Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player, calm, adaptable, and agile
  • Able to join immediately

3. Brand Creative Writer

Job Description :

  • Contribute concepts/ideas to in-house projects – interpreting creative direction and technical information and turning them into persuasive copy concepts
  • Create and communicate concepts by applying brand level awareness as well as campaign tactics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand goals, strategy and feedback
  • Oversee campaigns through the production stage to completion – ensure the development of projects including the conception, execution, referencing, and annotating of final deliverables
  • Work on several campaigns and projects at once

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 3 years of copywriting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal & written, in Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Demonstrated writing and concepting ability, having a portfolio of successful projects
  • Highly creative and imaginative
  • Skilled in writing clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy
  • Understand the different language styles that appeal to various target markets,
  • Ability to thrive and highly-motivated in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage workloads effectively
  • Have an eye for detail

4. Merchant Self Registration Lead (ShopeePay)

Job Description :

  • Build a robust team, and manage collaborative and goal-oriented team culture
  • Develop performance metrics to drive team performance and business results
  • Monitor the end to end process of Merchant Self Registrations (from submission to onboarded) is run well

Requirements :

  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in a fast-paced environment i.e. tech start-ups, e-commerce, consulting, investment banking
  • Experience in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (Salesforce) and Purecloud
  • Experience in owning or being part of the projects in a previous work environment
  • Strong problem solving, communication, and project management skills to manage complex projects and stakeholders
  • Strong data analysis skills (evaluate metrics, forecasts) and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • A great team player

5. Operations – ShopeePayLater, Collection Quality Assurance Team Leader

Job Description :

  • Take recording sampling from Quality Assurance agents

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience as Team Leader Quality Assurance Collection
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player, calm, fast adapt, and agile

6. Marketing – SeaBank Campaign Operations

Job Description :

  • Responsible for the operational aspects of campaigns, including but not limited to Managing SeaBank Campaign Calendar, Setting up and managing SeaBank in-app campaigns, etc
  • Set day-to-day promotional in-app feature settings including but not limited to Landing Pages, Banners, and Notifications
  • Support and coordinate with other departments involve setting up the content management system
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns
  • Tracking of campaign results
  • Managing SeaBank in-app user communications

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Excellent command of English
  • Prior experience in e-commerce marketing operations is a plus
  • Highly meticulous
  • Strong project management and execution abilities
  • Ability to be creative operationally and strategically
  • Strong work ethics and performance-driven
  • Reliable and good team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment

7. Operations – Fraud Project

Job Description :

  • Responsible for continuous improvement in Fraud department
  • Identify the problem and propose a solution
  • Run ad-hoc projects
  • Responsible for the end-to-end quality product improvement
  • Analyze possible fraud in a new process, new campaign, new system, a new way of working
  • Conduct periodical review of fraud parameter

Requirements :

  • At least 3 (three) years experience in the Financial or Banking Industry
  • Prior experience in consulting will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to details and organizational skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

8. SeaMoney – Talent Acquisition

Job Description :

  • Participate in recruitment process involving sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
  • Manage the recruiting pipeline including determining resources status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes
  • Create, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned roles
  • Develop and manage employee communications and engagement initiatives
  • Formulate and implement other HR initiatives and projects as and when directed by the Management

Requirements :

  • Strong background and passionate about recruitment and recruitment-related project (admin + fieldwork such as booking venues and merchandise, background verification, heavy screening, and repetitive data operations)
