Dibutuhkan :
1. Accounting Staff
Responsibilities :
- Primary responsibility is to supervise and work closely with a team of accountants
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Preparation of financial statements including supporting reports to ensure completenenss and accuracy
- Monthly tax calculations (article 21, 23, 25, and VAT) and tax reporting
- Verify and analyze the amount of tax reported and the amount of tax inputted to the system to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the data
Requirements :
- Graduates from bachelor degree majoring Accounting from credible universities with minimum CGPA of 3.00
- Computer literacy (Ms. Excel)
- Preferably have experience as Accounting Officer for min 1 year
- Having certification of Brevet A & B are preffered
- Comprehensive knowledge of accounting, cash flow planning, balance sheet, and general ledger
- Has the ability to operate accounting and tax applications (accurate, etc)
- Having a strong analytical power and high dedication, critical and able to solve problems/make decisions
2. Marketing Export Staff
Responsibilities :
- Collects all types of information from overseas markets and informs the information system to make strategic decision making easier
- Looks for and detects purchasing opportunities for goods and services overseas
- Well maintain the existing customer and potential customers by updating them any change or new service
- Building Up the customer database
- Prepare all the packaging material report and weekly report
- Prepared customer final documents that 100% correct and dispatched to customer ontime
Requirements :
- Male/Female, Max 27 years old
- Minimum Bachelor in Engineering/Communication from reputable university (Minimum GPA ≥ 3.00)
- Preferable with minimum 1 year experience in Marketing, but Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply
- Professional looking, reliable personality, hard working and target oriented
- Fluent in English or Mandarin are preferable
- Placement : Kapuk Kamal (North Jakarta)
3. Technical Engineering Staff
Responsibilities :
- Understand of various types of materials to be processed
- Able to read technical drawings correctly
- Able to make a time study of the new part machining process
- Make a summary of the results of the analysis and trial
- Complete the contents of the FMEA document and control plan
- Strong and convincing communication skills
- Skills as coordinator of new projects and improvement projects
- Able to make work plans
- Review every week of all work plans and projects
Requirements :
- D3/ S1 Major form Mechanical Engineering from reputable Univ (Minimum CGPA >3.00) passionate working in manufacture
- Highly motivated, excellent analysis, logic of thinking, and good communication
- Willing to work under pressure by time schedule limit
- Good leadership Skills
- Preferable with minimum 1 Year of experience, but fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Fluent in english is preferable
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, Autocad, etc.)
4. Continuous Improvement Staff
Responsibilities :
- Aware about occupational health and safety in general and able to implement it at work environment
- Assist Lean and Continous Improvement tasks
- Analyzes Improvement related to Kaizen to be Digitalization
- Create and prepare standard procedures related to Kaizen
Requirements :
- Male/Female, Max 27 years old
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering from reputable university (Minimum GPA > 3.00)
- Preferable with minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing company, but Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply
- Professional looking, reliable personality, hard working and target oriented
- Fluent in English
