1. INTERNAL AUDITOR (OFFICER)

  • Location : Head Office, Jakarta

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting with min GPA 3.00
  • Has 3 years of working experiences as Internal or External Auditor, preferable who has experiences in Accounting Public Firm or Multinational Company
  • Strong interpersonal skill, good analytical, and detail oriented
  • Proficient in English

2. TALENT ACQUISITION OFFICER

  • Location : Head Office, Jakarta

Responsibilities :

  • Handling recruitment process from end to end – creating job advertisement, shortlisting potential candidates, invite candidates, conduct and scoring psychological test, interviewing candidates with Behavioral or Competence Based Interview, etc.
  • Handling partnership with third parties (i.e. Manpower Ministry, Universities, Schools, Job Portals)
  • Manage career site and social media

Qualifications :

  • Maximum 27 years old
  • Have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree of majoring Psychology from reputable University
  • Have at least 3-5 years of working experience as Talent Acquisition or in Recruitment field
  • Have an experience as Recruiter in Manufacturing company will be a plus point
  • Have a good knowledge about Psychological Test
  • Have a good Interview skill with Behavioral Event Interview technique
  • Have a good sourcing strategy for any position level
  • Have a good analytical and communication skill

3. ACCOUNT PAYABLE STAFF

  • Location : Head Office, Jakarta

Job Requirements :

  • Hold minimum a Bachelor degree from Finance or equivalent from reputable university
  • Have minimum 2 years of working experiences in Finance or as Account Payable Staff
  • Have a good knowledge in PSAK (Accounting)
  • Have a good knowledge in account payable
  • Have a good knowledge in accounting journal
  • Have a deep knowledge in Banking and Transactional Business
  • Computer literate
  • Good in English (verbal and oral)

Job Descriptions :

  • Handle AP, AR and Cash Management
  • Handle Petty Cash
  • Monitor of trade receivables and collection
  • Monitor operating cash flow & fixed deposit placements
  • Track projects costs

4. CUSTOMER RELATION OFFICER

  • Location : Head Office, Jakarta

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum bachelor degree in any major from reputable University
  • Has 3 years of working experience as Customer Relation, preferably in Export Sales
  • Able to operate Ms. Office: Ms. Excel, Ms. Word & Ms. PPT
  • Good communication skill in English (both verbal and written)

  • Receiving and processing orders from customers
  • Reporting to Sales Export
  • Correspondence with customers, factory and others regarding the shipment of orders by phones and emails

  • Membantu pembuatan  laporan  untuk  ke Sukofindo dan Asuransi barang import

Kualifikasi :

  • Usia Maksimal 30 Tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 (Manajemen Transportasi/ jurusan terkait)
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang terkait
  • Pengalaman menangani Custom Clearance Import

6. NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR ASSISTANT MANAGER

  • Location : Head Office, Jakarta

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • Has more than 7 years of experience in a network administrator/infrastructure role.
  • Working knowledge and expertise in Administrator Network, CCNA, AD/OS Windows Server 2016/2019 and Ms. Exchange: 2016/2019
  • Mastery in Antivirus Trend Micro, Backup Arcserve UDP, HCI Technology and Cluster 2016/2019 is an added value

Job Requirements :
