  • We welcome fresh graduates from top Indonesia or overseas universities; with an addition of being actively involved in any side projects, freelance works, or open-source contribution

  • Has foundational knowledge of Software Development through structured learning or self-taught
  • Knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, React, VueJS, Ruby, Golang

3. CULTURE & WELLBEING INTERNSHIP

Job Description :

  • Helping Culture & Wellbeing team on creating key visual, copywriting, and video branding for socialization to the employee.
  • Ensure people’s wellbeing and wellness activities are taken well care of by proactively finding new ways of keeping people engaged and happy at work, both online & offline.
  • Assist with ideas, design and implement solutions and initiatives that will make Bukalapak a great place to work.
  • Assist on the execution of change management and communication strategies to ensure all stakeholders and employees understand and engage in all culture & wellbeing initiatives.
  • Responsible for ensuring that the company’s culture and values initiatives are available and applied to all employee by arranging workshops, team building events, and other activities based on the initiatives, as well as MC and hosting events internally

Requirements :

  • Final year student or Fresh Graduate majoring in Psychology/ Management/ Communications/ Visual Communication or equivalent.
  • Able to operate google suite or Ms. Office.
  • Able to create attractive key visual, copywriting, and also video branding.
  • Good in public speaking, analytical and creative thinking, interpersonal skills and problem solving.
  • Able to work individually as well as part of the team.
  • Has an internship experience as Culture & Wellbeing Intern would be an advantage
