Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Staff

We are looking for a Health, Safety, and Environment Staff whose job is to prevent workplace accidents, occupational illnesses, and environmental pollution, while ensuring the company complies with applicable HSE regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and evaluating HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) impacts in the work area
- Ensuring all company operations comply with government regulations regarding Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) as well as applicable standards
- Implementing, monitoring and measuring HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Programs
- Conducting routine inspections, OHSE audits, also managing risk assessments periodicly
- Investigating and compiling workplace accident reports, and provide recommendations for preventive measures
- Providing education to the workers regarding OHSE (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment) management
Required Qualifications:
- Having Minimum 1 (one) years of experience in HSE/K3 field;
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health, Environmental Science
- Having an understanding of OHSE (Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and ISO 14001
- Having the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management and other relevant parties
