QC & Production Coordinator
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure operations run according to production plans, SOPs, and company targets
- Monitor process efficiency, raw material utilization, production yield, and overall operational performance
- Identify, investigate, and follow up on process or product non-conformities, including implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare and present periodic production and quality reports
- Ensure product quality complies with company standards, HACCP requirements, and prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for finished products
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of:
- Process Improvement
- Data Analysis & Problem Solving
- Basic Cost Analysis & Productivity Improvement
- Advanced Microsoft Excel or other analytical tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and target-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) :
- Internship or project experience related to process improvement.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification.
- Experience in the manufacturing or food processing industry.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an advantage.
