bout the Job‍

In this role, you’ll take center stage in our online store—connecting directly with customer and EIGERIAN through live product showcases, real-time Q&A, and interactive product and brand storytelling. You’ll collaborate closely with our e-commerce teams to drive sales, brand love, and customer engagement across platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee Live.

What You’ll do:

Host live streaming sessions on various e-commerce platforms to showcase EIGER products in an engaging and informative manner.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage with clarity and enthusiasm.
Interact with viewers in real-time, answering questions, responding to comments, and creating a fun, trust-building environment.
Collaborate with the e-commerce, and marketing teams to plan content, scripts, and promotional schedules.
Monitor live stream performance metrics (views, engagement, conversion) and provide feedback to improve future sessions.
Stay updated with e-commerce trends and social commerce best practices.

2. Customer Service Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance: Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about products, services, and order statuses.
Issue Resolution: Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency. Strive to resolve problems on the first contact and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of EIGER’s products and services. Stay up-to-date with new arrivals, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. Ensure that all orders are processed accurately and promptly.

Be an Advisor to the customer. Build communication with our customer; from identifying their needs for outdoor activities until providing product’s recommendation that match their needs.
Source of Product Information. As a Retail Assistant, you can explain detailed information about our product, such as; product features and function, product material & technology, and product treatment.
Involved in End-to-End Selling Activities. You are part of the flow of product sales activity; starting from the arrival of the product at the store until the product reaches the customer.
