Graduate Development Program (GDP) Engineer
Chandra Asri ASPIRE is a graduate development program designed for fresh graduates who aspire to build a meaningful career in the chemical, energy, and infrastructure industry. Throughout the program, participants gain hands-on experience through cross-functional rotations across Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, and Business, contributing to real projects that create tangible business impact. Qualifications :
- Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring from Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics/Instrumentation, Metallurgy)
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 2 years of working experience are welcome to apply.
- GPA min. 3.30
- Demonstrate proven leadership experience through organizational, academic, or extracurricular activities.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- This position will be placed at Site Office Cilegon or Head Office Jakarta
