Job Description:
- Lead and contribute to strategic initiatives that support ShopeePay’s business objectives.
- Analyze business performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities and risks.
- Develop data-driven recommendations to improve business growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Business Development, Product, Marketing Operations, Risk Management, and Finance teams.
- Drive project execution, monitor progress, and ensure successful delivery of key milestones.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
- Demonstrate leadership potential by taking ownership of projects and influencing stakeholders effectively.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of working experience.
