1. Civil & Structure Design
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in Power Plant EPC Project or similar field
- Strong knowledge with well-known international & national design codes (ASCE; AISC; ACI; SNI; ASTM; AWS)
- Strong knowledge with seismic design codes and its provisions (SNI 1726-2019; ASCE7-2016; AISC 341-2016)
- Strong knowledge with concrete design codes ACI 318; SNI 2847 and steel structure design code AISC 360; AISC 341; SNI 1729; SNI 7860
- Experience using analysis design software SAP2000; STAADPRO; STAAD FOUNDATION; AFES
- Good verbal and written communication skills and be detailed oriented
- Willing to work at project site office
- Contract based
2. Civil Structure Drafter
Qualification :
- Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering
- At leas 3 years experience in EPC project (preferred)
- Proficient in AutiCAD
- Good verbal and written communication skills and be detailed oriented
- Willing to learn new skill and work as a team to meet deadlines
- Willing to work at project site office
- Contract based
3. Structure BIM Designer
Qualification :
- Diploma Degree in Civil Engineering
- At leas 3 years experience in EPC project (preferred)
- Proficient in Bentley Prostructure (preffered) or other similar BIM 3D software
- Experience using Naviswork for Multi-discipline coordination
- Proper knowledge user interface of structure software analysis i.e: StaadPro, SAP2000, and steel designer software TEKLA, will be a good point.
- Verifiable structural steel 3D modelling and detailing experience
- Strong structural design and fabrication knowledge including 3D Model creation to create automated fabrication drawings, BOM production and fabrication documentation
- Concrete design detailing experience.
- Knowledge of Civil/Structural Building Code fundamentals
- Good verbal and written communication skills and be detailed oriented
- Willing to learn new skills and work as a team to meet deadlines
- Willing to work at project site office
- Contract based
4. Civil BIM Designer
Qualification :
- Diploma’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- At least 3 years experience in EPC Project (preferred)
- Proficient in Bentley Openroad (preffered) or Civil 3D
- Experience using Navisworks for Multi-discipline coordination
- Knowledge of Civil/Structural Building code fundamentals
- Good verbal and written communication skills and be detailed oriented
- Willing to learn new skills and work as a team to meet deadlines
- Willing to work at project site office
- Contract based
5. Piping Design Engineer
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in Piping Design and layout of Power Plant EPC Project or similar field
- Strong knowledge of piping design standards, specifications, guides, and procedures
- Sound knowledge of piping design codes ASME B31.1
- Strong knowledge of pipe support design
- Experience with equipment design, layout, and installation of system is required
- Knowledge of pipe stress analysis and ability to work with external consultant pipe stress engineers
- Proficient of 3D modelling software is a must such as: Bentley Openplant or Autoplant or PDMS
- Proficient in Naviswork 3D model software for design review
- Good verbal and written communication skills and be detailed oriented
- Willing to work at project site office
- Contract based
6. Mechanical Package Engineer
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 5 years experience in Power Plant EPC Project or similar field
- Strong knowledge with well-known international & national design codes (HEI, ASME, VIII Division 1, API, ASME)
- Experience using equipment design software PV Elite and Intergraph Tank
- Proficient in Navisworks 3D Model software for design review
- Good verbal and written communication skills and be detailed oriented
- Willing to work at project site office
- Contract based
7. Electrical Engineer
Qualification :
- Diploma’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years experience on design works for low voltage power system, grounding system, lighting system, material take off, and being Field Engineer (FE) at construction stage
- Good verbal and written communication skills and be detailed oriented, fluent in communication and writing in English
- Software skills: Excel, Power Point, Word, AutoCAD, ETAP, Navisworks for Multi-discipline coordination
- Understand basics of electrical engineering, distribution system including an integrated electrical power management system
- Having design experience in Power Plant, Petrochemical Industry, high tech. facility system, or relevant factory
- It will be an advantage if having Certified in electrical power system/power generation
- Good verbal and written communication skills and be detailed oriented, with good medical record
- Willing to work at project site office
- Contract based
8. Instrument & Control Engineer
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical engineering (instrumentation & control)
- At least 5 years experience in Power Plant EPC project or similar field
- Able to size specify various types of instrumentation (e.g flow meters, control valves, shutdown valves) under the guidance of experienced resources
- Understand Instrumentation Society of America (ISA) and American Petroleum Association (API) Symbols and Process and Instrumentation Diagram and how to read a P&ID
- Understand basics of piping for instrument, tubing and fittings, signal transmission media, communication hardware and software, and basic process and safety requirements for field devices.
- Knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) software and hardware for monitoring and controlling package system that general PLCs, Water Treatment Plants, etc.
- Working knowledge of PLC interface devices like Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs)
- Good verbal and written communication skills and be detailed oriented
- Willing to work at project site office
- Contract based
9. Process Engineer
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineer
- 5 years experience as Process Engineer in EPC, Oil & Gas Company
- Comprehensive and knowledge in Engineering software (Pipeflow, Hysis, etc)
- Experience in Refinery project (preferable)
- Contract Based
10. Subcontracting Engineer
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major
- Minimum 5 years experiences in same position
- Experiences in quantity surveying or subcontract management would be preferred
- Contract Based
