1. MEDIA PLANNING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :

  • Implement brand advertising or communication to accomplish awareness
  • Working with agency to execute media plan advertising to support brand communication strategy

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from any major, preferable from Communication, Media or equivalent
  • At least having 1-2 year(s) on agency/advertising company/FMCG company especially handling in media buying
  • Understand about media landscape and able to measure media user effectiveness
  • Having excellent communication skill, creative thinking and problem solving

2. AREA SALES SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities :

  • Develop sales activity plan, implement and monitor the details per annum/quarterly/monthly/weekly
  • Lead, coach and direct salesman to achieve sales target

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Management, or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduate or entry level applicants are encourages to apply
  • Have pleasant personality, good communication skill, and strong leadership
  • Have good command in English
  • Challenge achieve target, creative, able to work under pressure and independent
  • Have driving license (SIM A)
  • Willing to travel and to be placed all over Indonesia

3. LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :

  • Identify learning & development needs within an organization through job analysis and regular consultation with department head
  • Design and expand learning & development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual
  • Work in team to procedure programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as section head and department head
  • Consider the costs of planned programs and keep within budgets as assessing the return on investment of any learning or development program is becoming increasingly important
  • Develop effective induction program
  • Procedure training materials for in-house course
  • Manage the delivery of learning & development program

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree from any major
  • Priority had experience to handle corporate training
  • Has good interpersonal skills that enable you work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people’s attitude when necessary
  • Written and spoken communication skills allow you to inform and advice others clearly
  • Initiative and ability to offer new ideas
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadline and objectives
  • Good time-keeping skills to enable you to effectively manage Learning & Development schedules
  • Personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills
  • Effective in both spoken and written English

4. ASSOCIATE PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring and execute activity implementation
  • Work together with brand on message delivery to consumers
  • Supervision third party that conduct activity
  • Have analytical product concept and insight

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree from Industrial/Chemical Engineering or pharmacy
  • Having minimum 3 years of experience at product development
  • Like to develop something with curiosity & passion
  • Like to meet client and do mobile activity
  • Good communication, logical and analytical skill
  • Can working independently and team work

5. AREA SALES SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, monitor sales activity and plan

Requirements :

  • Minimum S1 from Engineering, Management, or equivalent
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome
  • Placement : Makassar, Jawa Timur, Jawa Tengah, Jabodetabek, Sumatera Utara
  • Willing to be placed all over Indonesia

6. CORPORATE COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring activities on several business process to ensure compliance to the regulatory requirements and business code of conduct
  • Sharing and conducting activity related to the company ethics value
  • Ensuring license or permits and government report are processed in a timely manner
  • Preparing legal documentation or other legal products to support business activities

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree In Law
  • Having good knowledge and skill related to company ethics, legal permit, legal documentation and OSS System (Online Single Submission)
  • At least having 1-2 year(s) legal professional experience
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Good communication, working attitude, and good interpersonal skill
  • Able to work multitask, under any situation, independently and collaboratively

7. KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :

  • Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships, find business opportunities and get new income with the main accounts

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least having a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing
  • Having at least one year experience in key account management but fresh graduate still welcome to apply
  • Good character & strong communication skill, fluent in English
  • Challenge achieve target
  • Creative and proactive
  • Having driving license (SIM A)

8. BRAND EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :

  • Execute & monitor brand activity & campaign (ATL, BTL, Digital)
  • Manage partner (Agency, vendor, EO)
  • Create brand & competitor report analysis
  • Visit to monitor & understanding real market situation

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Communication or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply but preferably having minimum one year of working experience in marketing/communication from FMCG/Finance/IT-Telecomunication/Digital Company
  • Fluent in Ms Office (Excel, Words, Power Point)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively communication skills

  • Proactive attitude

9. TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsible :

  • Plant control the activities related to promotional strategies for a specific outlet/channel distribution, in order to ensure that sales and profitability objectives are met. These responsibilities include: manage channel investment, develop, channel activity, solve channel problem, implement activity plan, evaluate activity implementation.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical), Business Studies/Administrarion/Management, Economics or equivalent
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but preferably candidates with 1 years experience in related field
  • Excellent analytical skill, presentation and proactive communication skills as well as excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesia
  • Computer literacy to include: Ms Word, Excel, Power Point etc
  • Creative and proactive

10. MARKETING RESEARCH EXECUTIVE

Responsible :

  • Lead project (arrange proposal, manage project, and reporting)
  • Manage project budget & schedule.

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Chemical) Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required fo this position
  • Have capability both qualitative & qualitative research
  • Analytical thinking, detail-oriented, good interpersonal communication, able to work independently or in team
  • Have a strong leadership

11. DEMAND PLANNING ANALYSTS

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze sales history and prepare demand forecast in order to maintain oder fill rates and inventory turns to company goals
  • Faciliate collaborative and consensus approach to demand plan process and escalate issues Via Sales Operation Planning process
  • Monitor weekly & monthly forecast to identify contributing factors and adjust the necessary item
  • Review forecast accuracy and steps taken to achieve desired target of accuracy
  • Maintain demand forecast in APO for use by Supply Chain in determining production and inventory levels

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree’s in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics & Statistics
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in related position, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills with an orientation to detail, accuracy and completeness
  • Capable of working effectively as a team player in a multicultural environment
  • Proficiency inMs. Excel and English (both written & verbal) is required

12. MARKETING ADMINISTRATION STAFF

Responsibilities :

  • Perform recording input or accused from marketing division financing
  • Input vouches and process invoices from marketing expanses
  • Create purchase orders for purchasing activities in the marketing division

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma 3 from Accounting
  • Able to use Microsoft Office and SAP system
  • Have good communication skills
  • Details oriented

13. BUSINESS ANALYST – SHOPPER MARKETING DEVELOPMENT

Responsibilities :

  • Develop business strategy with customer
  • Conduct shopper research to analyze consumers’ shopping behavior
  • Explore new ideas and insights to develop retail communication
  • Handle merchandising concept to develop shopping journey
  • Support implementation for delivering shopper experience

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or Engineering
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome but preferably having at least 1 (one) year experience in the related field
  • Excellent in analytical thinking
  • Have willingness to learn and creative thinking
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite) and have excellent presentation and proactive communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Able to work independently and prioritize multiple projects
  • Willing to travel outside Jakarta (periodically)

14. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :

  • Understand flow of Product Development
  • Work together with brand on creating product concept
  • Supervision third party that conduct the activity

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree from Industrial/Chemical Engineering, Science or Pharmacy
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply, but preferably having at least 1 year experience in the related field
  • Understand formulation creation and target price
  • Experience on lab work, create lab scale production trial, including mixing method, stability test
  • Experienced on fragrance development
  • Beneficial if can understand Japanese

15. IT SECURITY AND NETWORK

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and monitor server administration
  • Operate company IT security network (firewall)
  • Execute hardware and software installation

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Informatics Engineering, Computer Engineering, informatics Management, Information System or equivalent
  • Having 1-2 year(s) experience on related field, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply with related internship experience
  • Understand for Security, server administration, and virtual machine
  • Familiar and understand about Network Infrastructure (LAN & WAN)
  • Understand to Microsoft product (operating system, server, and Office)
  • Have a good command in English and communication skill

16. PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :

  • Plan, direct activities concerned with development of new or improve packaging material
  • Evaluate analyze, make a recommendation and consultation of all matter related to packaging development

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome but preferably having 1-2 years experience in Packaging Development or QA
  • Good character, good work in team and good command in English
  • Required skill(s) : Ms. Office, ISO, GMP
  • Willing to work in Karawang Factory
