Warehouse Operations Executive – Plant Karawang
Type of Job: Permanent or regular

Your ‘Day to Day’
Plans, coordinates, and ensures efficient flows in all Factory Logistics operation in terms of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Morale:
- LSP management and communication
- Implement all Daily Management System (DMS) on warehouses
- Monitor that appropriate performance is delivered following Run To Target (RTT Log&WH) methodology
- Oversee full flow for assigned commodity (DIM, Leaf, Clove, Semi’s, FG, tax stickers, spare parts, and disposal when applicable) through the factory
- Ensure smooth and effective communication between Factory, LSP, Regional SC, Tax and Broker (when applicable)
- Monitor costs efficiently, provide analysis related to resources utilization and propose corrective actions when needed
- Define improvement priorities and action plans to ensure adherence to PMI quality standards and legal requirements
- Efficiently allocate and monitor incoming requests, either in-plant or to remote resources, by setting priorities in order to meet customers’ deadlines
- Ensuring that goods are stored and moved in accordance with all local laws and PMI practices and procedures
Who We’re Looking For
- Have Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in Warehouse or Logistics department
- Able to work in shift when needed and are willing to work in Karawang
- Have knowledge in WMS (warehouse management system), warehouse safety, standard operating procedure, stock management, & operating SAP
- Familiarity to operate Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, & Word) for professional usage is a must
- Have experience in managing the LSP (Logistic Service Provider) will be advantageous
Cigarette Development Executive – Plant Pasuruan

We are looking for Product Development Executive to be stationed in Plant Sukorejo, East Java.
Your ‘Day to Day’
- Create development project for new product launch, product enhancement, innovation and technology, in order to deliver superior products with adherence to market regulation and corporate product specifications.
- Handle the cigarette prototypes, testing, assessment, specification and the implementation of new product concepts to provide superior products that meet consumer expectation
- Creates flavor formulas for new cigarette products (Kretek and White / Virginia type)
- Manages testing of new flavor solutions in anticipation of new and/or changing market / consumer / industry best practices
- Blender for Blend Strategy, Product & Component Strategy, Product Portfolio Management and Deployment
- Responsible for product improvements, market research, and new product launches in Asia Pacific market
- Collaborate with global, regional, and local marketing team to define the blend strategy that can fulfill consumer needs and expectation
- Set the right timelines for cigarette prototype development that aligned with market requirements and corporate schedules in supporting new product launches
- Coordinate with all related parties on product performance monitoring, portfolio and complexity management, analysis, planning, provide technical solutions and to ensure the implementation according to standard guideline, quality and timing
- Develop and deploy ideas for cross-functional projects related to productivity and process improvement
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor or Master Degree from reputable Universities majoring in Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical and Pure Science
- Fresh Graduate with a good potentials are welcome to apply
- Excellent in English, both written and verbal
