OPERATIONS :

1. Content Writer Executive

Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia

Responsibilities:

Write content for local SKUs based on Zalora guidelines.
Write descriptive information for a variety of product categories on an ongoing basis.
PIC of translation for regional SKUs based on Zalora guidelines.
Physical Quality Control and measurement of SKUs.
Responsible on product categorization and measurement info.
Lead projects for improvement and simplify process purpose.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma Degree in journalism, literature and communication is preferred.
Having minimum 2 years’ experience managing content written and translation from English to Bahasa, vice versa.
Good English communication and written skills.

2. Crossborder Supply Chain Manager

3. Warehouse Analyst

Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia

Responsibilities :

Analyst data for operations team
Do the improvement in warehouse process align with supervisor
Align with other stakeholders related with improvement in fulfillment
Do the reporting for PRF document
As a key user for OMS warehouse support by PM Local
Support and give the analysis to Warehouse Manager regarding all warehouse data and process
Handle warehouse improvement projects and align with opex team review and update SOP

Requirements :

Bachelor degree in any major
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written/oral communication skills both Bahasa & English
Experiences in e-commerce/retail business would be an advantage
Advance in Microsoft excel is a must.
Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Operations or equivalent.

4. Warehouse Manager

Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia

Description

We are looking for a Manager to supervise the daily operations of the ZALORA Warehouse including receiving, inbounding, inventory management, outbound and returns. In addition to the daily operations the Manager of the Warehouse coordinates Manpower and Supply and Consumable planning as well as the facilitation of Troubleshooting and Operational Excellence throughout all sub-departments. The role will report to the Associate Director of Operations and will be based in Bekasi, West Java

Responsibilities:

Manages the daily operations of the Warehouse processes
Manages and monitors daily sub-department KPIs (inbound, outbond , inventory, return)
Monitor warehouse P&L and commercial strategy
Coordination of Manpower planning and shift requirements with HR and Operational Planning
Coordination of Supply and Consumables planning with Admin, Procurement and Operational Planning
Implementation of new processes for all sub-departments
Facilitation of training for new Operational Management Software processes
Troubleshooting of any problems in any of the sub-departments
Process Improvement of sub – departments e.g: productivity, quality and cost
Provides daily update to the Associate Director of Operations via end of day reports
Regional alignment with the logistic, finance and buying operations team in terms of reporting and presenting fulfillment initiative and warehouse strategy in quarterly basis (OKR)
Provides weekly full overview of all KPIs during the Supply Chain Review
Check with staff for changes that could affect delivery schedule; make schedule
adjustments as needed
Ensures compliance in Fulfillment Center, health , safety and security procedure and strict implementation on Warehouse Control Measures

Requirements:

At least 6 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Bahasa)
People management skills, including the ability to lead and motivate others, delegate work and explain ideas
Planning and organizing skills, Problem-solving skills and the ability to work on a tactical and strategic level
Team player, has initiative, enthusiasm and decisiveness
Analytical and structured troubleshooting, Advanced Microsoft suite skills, especially Excel
Technical and IT skills, particularly when it comes to database management and spreadsheets
5S and Lean background is a plus
