Minimum 5 years working experience as Superintendent/Assistant Manager in the field of Risk Engineer, Claims and Risk
Underwriting for Mining Industries
Strong competencies in Risk Management, Claims and Underwriting Insurance Policy, and Developing system and SOP

B. Adaro Mining

2. Emergency Response Supervisor

Requirements :

Diploma 3 / Bachelor Degree from Occupational Health (k3) / Environmental Enginnering / Mining Engineering
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of Emergency Response Team Coordinator
Have a SAR (Search and Rescue) training certificate
Have a POP certificate (First Operational Supervisor)
Havie an AK3 General certificate is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Have high work motivation both individually and as part of a team
Responsible, independent and trustworthy
Willing to be placed at Balangan site (South Kalimantan)

3. Tax Supervisor

Job Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Taxation
Have certification of Brevet A & B
Minimum 4 years of working experience from Tax Consultant / Tax Department
Advance knowledge in general accounting, tax, and financial analysis

4. Treasury Staff

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Minimum 2 years of working experience as Treasury Staff

Requirements :

Holds Diploma Degree
Holds BMC (Basic Mechanical Course) certification from reputable institution
Possesses minimum of 3 years of working experience
Fresh Graduates majoring in Heavy Equipment Mechanical are welcome to apply
Willing to be placed in Kalimantan area

6. Group Leader – Production

Requirements :

Diploma Degree in Mining/Civil Engineering with min GPA 3.00
1 year of experience as a Group Leader in open pit coal mining/ hauling / road maintenance area
Have a POP License
Physically and mentally fit
Willing to be placed in our site project (Kalimantan Area)

D. Adaro Logistics

7. Ship Loading Foreman

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) of Port Shipping
Minimum 1 years experience in transshipment operation
Have a good shipping administration skill
Good command in English both oral and written.

8. Hse Section Head

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1/D4) of Safety or Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in the same or related position in shipyards or other similar industries
Understanding about K3 (can be supported by certificate)
Preferably OHSAS 18k / ISO 45k; ISO 14k certified
Able to conduct an audit of the company’s and contractor’s HSE management system
Identify HSE regulatory compliance which are applicable to the company
Hazard identification and risk assessment
Ensure all incidents are investigated to determine root cause and remedial action
Proven communication, leadership and managerial skills.
Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
Willing to be placed at Taboneo, South Kalimantan

9. Technical Specialist Staff – Environment

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Environmental Engineering or Environmental Science
Minimum 3 years experience in related position
Have exposure related the area of Environmental Management System, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA), Indonesia and International Environmental Standards and Regulations, Environmental Pollution Control, and Encvironmental Impact Assessment
Preferably has been completed AMDAL study
Preferably have exposure in projects of Power Plant or Renewable Energy sector in Indonesia or at least related to Mining, Water
Treatment, Utilities, or Infrastructures projects
Have good communication and interpersonal skill
Fluent in English both verbal and written

10. Contracts Superintendent

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelors’ Degree of Law
Strong Paralegal Administration skills preferred
Preferably proven work experience with a minimum of 3 – 4 years of experience in contract administration in Power plant/Oil & Gas Industry with significant legalize exposure
Knowledge of legal and commercial requirements involved with contracts
Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work with a team at all levels of an organization, varying seniority levels including staff, managers and external partners
Work well under time pressure
Customer service friendly
Strong work ethic
Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa and English (verbal and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Able to spend minimum 100% of time at Kalimantan site with occasional business trip to Jakarta as and when required.

11. Business Development Officer

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (any Major) from reputable university
Minimum 3 years experience in business development area with good understanding in business development process, commercial contract scheme and basic financial model
Preferably having exposure in Project Management
Have good communication and interpersonal skill
Possessed strong analytical and structured thinking process, as well as demonstrate good commercial thinking and business acumen
A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges in a collaborative team environment
Fluent in English both verbal and written.
