1. GENERAL MANAGER – MENARA DANAREKSA

Description :

  • The Grade A office building, Danareksa Tower is a collaborative project between two State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) – PT PP (Persero) Tbk and PT Danareksa. Nestled in a strategic location at the heart of the government district, would like to invite you to join the Professional Program as General Manager in our company with the following information:

Requirements :

  • Bachelor or Master degree preferable in Management, Business, Strategic Marketing, or Other Relevant Major
  • Proven experience as General Manager or similar executive role ( minimum 5 years of service, maximum age 45 years) with strong experience in sales & marketing
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal, diplomatic skills, Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
  • Focused, efficient, skilled in transversal projects and multitask environment
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
  • A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues
  • Brand and commercial sensitivity
  • Enthusiastic and dynamic, able to convey team spirit

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the overall management, direction, control to ensure consistent attainment of marketing, sales, human capital, and operations
  • Oversee all aspects of business of company including strategic planning and execution of the growth and expansion
  • Develop systems, policies and procedures to enhance productivity, cost effectiveness and efficiency
  • Manage various departments such as R&D/Product Development, Production and Logistics as well as Sales and Marketing
  • Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
  • Prepare regular reports for upper management
  • Prepare/Review Contract with Tenant or Vendor
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations

2. MARKETING MANAGER – MENARA DANAREKSA

Description :

Nestled in a strategic location at the heart of the government district, would like to invite you to join the Professional Program as Marketing Manager in our company with the following information:

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree majoring in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field
  • Having an excellent interpersonal skill and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders
  • Experience working as Marketing with minimum 5 years in same position
  • Demonstrable experience in developing marketing strategy and plan
  • Hands-on experience in developing and managing campaigns on social media platforms
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online and offline marketing and measurement
  • Must have ability creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction
  • Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring and analyzing market trends
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy and plans
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget regularly and allocate funds wisely
  • Building brand awareness and positioning
  • Developing and managing marketing campaigns and optimize social media platforms to gain brand awareness
  • Tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising and marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities

3. BANQUET SUPERVISOR – MENARA DANAREKSA

Description :

  • The Grade A office building, Danareksa Tower is a collaborative project between two State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) – PT PP (Persero) Tbk and PT Danareksa. Nestled in a strategic location at the heart of the government district, would like to invite you to join the Professional Program as Banquet Supervisor in our company with the following information:

Requirements :

  • Male, max 35 years old
  • Hospitality or Business Management Graduates (Diploma or Bachelor Degree)
  • Experienced in the same position at least 2 years in an upscale hotel
  • Discipline, good attitude and self motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a team & good communication
  • Fluent in English both written and verbal

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in serves clients in the function rooms
  • Manages the teams, ensures customer service in all Food and Beverage areas
  • Assures constantly and consistently of maximum guest satisfaction with efficiencies operation
  • Coordinates and helps to implement the training program for the tenant staff frequently
  • Be in line with working assignments and direct reporting line to Food & Beverage Manager.
