Lowongan Kerja PT POS Indonesia (Persero) – Pos Indonesia merupakan sebuah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang layanan pos. Saat ini, bentuk badan usaha Pos Indonesia merupakan Perseroan Terbatas dan sering disebut dengan PT. Pos Indonesia.

Bentuk usaha Pos Indonesia ini berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 1995. Peraturan Pemerintah tersebut berisi tentang pengalihan bentuk awal Pos Indonesia yang berupa perusahaan umum (perum) menjadi sebuah perusahaan persero.

Adapun hal-hal yang perlu untuk kamu perhatikan sebelum memelamar sebuah pekerjaan, yaitu mempersiapkan Surat Lamaran Kerja & Curriculum Vitae, Cover Letter dan Portfolio, serta dokumen pendukung lainnya. Deputy Operation

Job descriptions Deputy Operation (Regional 4 Jakarta)

  • Compose a work plan of courier and logistics operations according to the company’s objectives and regulations.
  • Organizing the achievement of courier and logistics operation work plan objectives in accordance with the targets that have been set.
  • Managing and controlling the process of courier and logistics operations to support the performance of courier and logistics services so as to achieve the quality goals of operations and services.
  • Evaluate the performance of couriers and logistics
  • Monitor the performance of I-Pos application implementation throughout Unit Pelaksana Teknis in its responsibility to support the performance of operations and businesses.
  • Determining the compensation cost
  • Directing the development of human resources and providing coaching and counseling to employees in their work environment.
  • Directing and monitoring the completion of follow-up to the auditor’s examination results and provide solutions to Unit Pelaksana Teknis of its subordinates to the results of the examination or findings of the Auditor in their fields.
  • Willing to work in Jakarta.

Requirements and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree from reputable university
  • 10 years of experience with operation in the logistic organization. Having experience in the courier/postal industry is preferable
  • Ability to provide leadership to accomplish organizational goals and commitments
  • Demonstrated skill in directing resources including the ability to plan and coordinate the activities of assigned organizations and programs
  • In-depth working knowledge of logistics and supply chain management best practices and laws/regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to respond to customer and business requests, communicate with a wide variety of levels and positions and influence others to create productive partnerships
  • Ability to listen, diagnose and work in a team environment to create solutions. Effective team building and negotiation skills with an ability to influence stakeholders with competing interests
