Lowongan Kerja Influx – Influx adalah sebuah perusahaan kecil (startup) yang menyediakan jasa outsourcing customer service, berpusat di Melbourne, Australia. Misi kami adalah untuk membantu pemilik startup lain dan juga perusahaan kecil-menengah dari sisi customer service, sehingga mereka bisa memfokuskan waktu dan tenaga untuk perkembangan bisnis mereka.
Influx menyediakan jasa customer service dalam bahasa Inggris, untuk klien-klien yang tersebar di seluruh dunia, 24/7. Klien-klien yang sudah bekerja sama dengan kami antara lain: Sendle, Rakuten, Motor Trend, MGM, dan masih banyak lagi.
Influx didirikan pada bulan Desember tahun 2013, dan sudah membukukan laba beberapa tahun terakhir. Pertumbuhan kami stabil, dan seiring dengan ini maka ada banyak posisi yang perlu diisi dalam berbagai tingkatan. Japanese Customer Support Agent
We’re looking for detail-oriented and thoughtful people to join our Indonesian team. You’ll be tasked with answering customer questions and need to be able to think on your feet, communicate clearly and effectively, and empathize with customers who are struggling to solve a problem in Japanese.
Position: Customer Support Agent
Location: Remote (work from home, anywhere in Indonesia)
Contract Length: 3 – 6 months, with the possibility of extensions
Requirement :
- A reliable internet connection (we’ll reimburse the $$)
- Excellent in written and verbal Japanese communication skills
- Have a valid JLPT certificate min. N2 (N3 with working experience may apply)
- Excellent in written and verbal communication in English
- Full commitment throughout the assigned rosters and contract
- A good team player
(we don’t have any requirements on age or educational background!)
Salary : Negotiable
Duties
- Diagnose and solve the customers’ problems
- Communicate effectively via email and chat* with our customer
- Coordinate effectively with peers and your manager
