About PT Krakatau Posco – PT Krakatau Posco is an Indonesia-Korea joint venture established by PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk and South Korea’s POSCO, two major players in the steel industry. The company is located in Cilegon, Banten, an area widely recognized as Indonesia’s steel hub.
The history of PT Krakatau Posco began with cooperation between PT Krakatau Steel and POSCO. On December 2, 2009, the two companies signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA), laying the foundation for their future partnership. The cooperation progressed with the signing of a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) on August 4, 2010. On August 26, 2010, PT Krakatau Posco was officially established as a joint venture company. The facility officially began operations in December 2013, while the first commercial plate delivery took place on January 22, 2014.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a university with a minimum accreditation of “Baik Sekali”. Graduates from overseas universities will be considered an advantage. Majors:
- Engineering (Industrial, Metallurgy, Civil, Chemical, Electrical High & Low Voltage, Mechanical, Environment)
- Accounting
- Law
- Finance/Business Management
- English proficiency is required minimum TOEFL score of 500 or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates, Candidates with a maximum of 3 years of relevant work experience may also apply and will be considered an advantage.
- Have commitment to complete the program.
- Willing to work in Cilegon, Banten (Plant Site) or Jakarta (Sales & Marketing) according to company requirements.
