Our Management Trainee Program is designed to prepare fresh graduates for future leadership roles at Mandiri Tunas Finance. Requirements :
- Fresh graduates (Bachelor’s Degree/S1) or Postgraduates (Master’s Degree/S2) from any field of study.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale (or equivalent).
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
