Secretary to the Board of Directors

Location: Jakarta, Head Office
Employment Type: Contract Based

Description:

We are looking for Director’s Secretary whose job is to support the company leadership operations. This position will serve as a bridge between internal and external communications and ensure the smooth running of the board’s work agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the board of directors schedule effectively
  • Preparing documents, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations for the board of directors’ needs
  • Handling official transmissions, on behalf of the board of directors
  • As a liaison between the board of directors and internal departments, clients, and external parties

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 (one) years of experience as Director Secretary or working in corporate secretary field
  • Minimum D3/Diploma Degree or S1/Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Secretary, Management, Administration, Communication or any related field
  • Skilled in compiling meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and documenting decisions from the Directors.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Attention to Detail, thorough and having a knowledge and skills related to secretary administration
  • Having a disciplined work style and a strong work ethic
  • Friendly and has good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Having the ability to analyze data
  • Able to thrive in high-pressure environments
