Main Responsibilities :
- Develop and produce creative concepts for TV programs content
- Conduct research and analyze content to ensure programs performance meets target objectives
- Create scripts, rundowns, and story outlines to support programs production
- Monitor the post-production process to ensure consistency with the creative direction
- Assist producers in program pitching and creative presentations
- Ensure ideas align with brand tone and audience interests
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communication, or related field
- Proven experience in creative content development or television production

3. PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT

Qualification:

Main Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, and coordinate Directors meetings

- Attend Director meetings and accurately record minutes and resolutions
- Maintain official records, registers, and corporate governance documentation
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical needs
Qualification:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree from any major, preferably from Administration or Secretariat Major
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Having ability to work in fast-paced environment, assertive & energic
- Having experience as a secretary min. 1 year
- Having good interpersonal and communication skills
5. SECURITY
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security
- Control access at entrances and exits, verifying identification when necessary
- Observe and report suspicious activities or security breaches
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures
- Assist visitors and provide directions when needed

Qualification:
