- Strong communication and negotiation potential
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics
- Eager to learn, resilient, and growth-oriented
- Someone whose willing to be placed all around Indonesia (must be willing to be placed across Indonesia after the program and must be willing to be rotated during the program)
