The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
Minimum Education and Experience
- A required Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Management from a recognized University or equivalent experiences.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in accounting or financial environment. Experienced in audit assignment is preferable

- Broad knowledge of accounting principles and theory.
- Oral and written Bahasa Indonesia and English proficiency.

- Preferably with Certified Training of Trainer Instruktur KKNI Level 4 BNSP.
- Familiar with Competency Standard such as SKKNI and SKKK.
- Familiar with Safety Managements System such as in SMKP, ISO45001.
- Experienced in training and assessment facilitation.
5. Mining Safety – Manager, Safety Data Management and Industrial Hygiene
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:
Minimum Education & Experience :
- Bachelors Degree (non-engineering degree), with 12 years OH&S experience in mining including occupational health and emergency preparedness & responses with at least 3 years in Superintendent/General Superintendent positions or equivalent, OR
- College Degree in Engineering, with 12 years safety experience in mining including occupational health and emergency preparedness & responses with at least 3 years in Superintendent/General Superintendent positions or equivalent OR
- A Certified Safety Professional (CSP), with 8 years of OH&S experience in mining including OH&S management, GOI legal compliance, industrial hygiene, occupational health, emergency preparedness & responses with at least 3 years in Superintendent/General Superintendent positions or equivalent.
