1. Talent Development Staff

Description

Job Overview

The Talent Development Staff is responsible for supporting the Talent Development team in executing talent development initiatives. This role ensures that all administrative processes associated with training and employee development are handled efficiently, while contributing to the improvement of learning programs that drive employee engagement and performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training schedules, resources, and logistics for various developmental initiatives
  • Maintain and update training records and databases to ensure accurate tracking of employee development
  • Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders to increase training attendance rate
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to training outcomes and participant feedback
  • Updating the e-learning on Otsuka Ilmu

Key Qualifications

  • Skilled in handling administrative work with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
  • Adept at handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration

2. Merchandiser – Sales

Job Summary

Mempunyai tanggung jawab untuk mengunjungi setiap minimarket dan memastikan ketersediaan display produk di minimarket

Job Description

  • Melakukan kunjungan sesuai PJP
  • Memeriksa stock produk secara berkala dan cek expired produk serta display produk secara FEFO
  • Melakukan extra display di setiap minimarket
  • Mampu mengimplementasikan plano yang berlaku dalam toko dan bisa membaca plano
  • Mampu menjalin hubungan yang baik dengan pihak toko

Job Requirement

  • Pendidikan minimum D3
  • Mampu mengendarai motor & memiliki SIM C aktif
  • Menyenangi mobilitas & bekerja di lapangan

3. Brand Communication Executive – Medical Channel

Job Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with top-level doctors and medical institutions

Job Requirements

4. IT OSS (OTSUKA SHARED SERVICE) Senior Staff

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT OSS (Otsuka Shared Service) Senior Staff to join our IT Department. This role is critical in delivering IT support across the Indonesia Otsuka Group and overseas, ensuring seamless operations through expert-level troubleshooting, infrastructure management, and cybersecurity implementation. The ideal candidate will bring advanced technical know-how, leadership qualities, and a passion for continuous improvement to drive effective and secure IT services. This role demands advanced technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to support both internal teams and external clients effectively.

Job Description

  • Manage and optimize network infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex hardware and software issues across the organization.
  • Provide expert helpdesk support to resolve technical incidents and requests in a timely manner.
  • Implement and maintain cyber security measures to protect organizational data and IT assets.

5. E-Commerce Operation Staff

Job Summary

The Ecommerce Operation Staff is responsible for executing daily ecommerce operational tasks, including stock monitoring, purchase order processing, and issue resolution, to ensure seamless fulfillment and optimal platform performance. This role contributes to the department’s goal of maximizing online sales performance by maintaining accuracy in stock levels, ensuring timely PO execution, and supporting fulfillment processes that enhance customer satisfaction and business efficiency.

Job Descriptions

  • Monitor ecommerce platform operations by tracking daily activities such as product display, order flow, and stock synchronization to ensure seamless customer experience and system accuracy.
  • Coordinate purchase orders (POs) from other branches for B2C platforms like Tokopedia and TikTok by verifying order requirements and stock availability to meet fulfillment schedules.
  • Forecast stock requirements for ecommerce platforms by analyzing sales trends and current inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels and prevent stockouts.
  • Conduct periodic stock taking by performing regular physical counts, comparing with system records, and identifying any discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Physically count items in storage according to planned schedules and standard procedures to support accurate stock control. 
  • Prepare stock taking tools or system (manual form) by ensuring availability of updated templates or system access to facilitate a structured stock opname process.
  • Report discrepancies from stock checks by compiling findings, identifying root causes, and submitting them to the Inventory or Finance team for reconciliation and adjustment.
  • Submit stock opname results to Inventory/Finance team in a timely and complete manner to ensure data alignment and support financial reporting.
  • Monitor price and stock accuracy from incoming POs by validating data in the system against order details to prevent fulfillment issues.
  • Provide guidance to resolve PO fulfillment complaints for direct-to-customer accounts by identifying problems and offering solutions to ensure service reliability and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance to resolve PO fulfillment issues such as insufficient stock or price discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams to prevent order delays or cancellations.
  • Input of stock updates into the internal system (IDOS) by recording changes accurately to ensure real-time stock visibility for order processing.
  • Fulfillment of POs according to quantity and schedule by following operational SOPs and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely dispatch.
  • Preparation of PO-related documentation and forms by ensuring accuracy and completeness for internal tracking and auditing purposes. 
  • Daily coordination with other internal departments involved in ecommerce fulfillment (e.g., warehouse, inventory, customer care) to resolve minor issues and maintain smooth operations.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related disciplines
  • Has experience in ecommerce operations, inventory control, data entry, or supply chain coordination
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiar with ecommerce platforms (Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, etc.)
  • Has experience in using ERP or inventory management systems (IDOS is a plus)
  • Strong soft competencies including teamwork, integrity, achievement orientation, creativity, concern for order, information seeking, conceptual thinking, relationship building, and flexibility
  • Technical competencies in data input and reconciliation, PO and stock tracking, and basic report preparation
  • Willing to work during stock-taking periods or peak campaign times, with a basic understanding of e-commerce fulfillment flows and customer expectations

6. Sales Modern Trade / Merchandiser (All National Area)

Job Summary

Melakukan penentuan jumlah pesanan outlet, melakukan pemantauan aktivitas penjualan cabang, mengelola pemesanan dan pengiriman produk, berkoordinasi dengan staff terkait dalam memastikan pengiriman produk, melakukan pengelolaan penjualan untuk toko/outlet besar, and melakukan class analysis

Job Descriptions

  • Mencapai target penjualan yang telah ditetapkan.
  • Melakukan kunjungan Outlet & menjalin hubungan baik dengan pihak Outlet Modern Market
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap pemesanan dan pengiriman produk di outlet menggunakan sales sistem.

Requirements

  • Minimum pendidikan SMA/SMK. Pendidikan D3/S1 lebih disukai
  • Mampu mengendari motor & memiliki SIM C
  • Menyenangi mobilitas & Target Oriented
  • Disiplin, pekerja keras & bertanggung jawab
  • Untuk SMA / SMK berpengalaman di dunia Sales Modern Trade / Merchandiser minimal 2 tahun
