Qualifications :
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience as HOD in Manufacturing
- Production schedule achievement
- Manpower planning and control
- Production processes analisys and improvement
- Production cost analysis and improvement
- Production quality improvement
- Daily product quality inter department coordination
- Productivity improvement
- Production working performance control
- Machines, equipments and tool maintenance
- Sparepart purchase management
- Maintain good industrial relationship
- 5S and visual management control
2. PRODUCTION MANAGER TV FACTORY
Qualifications :
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- At least 3 years of experience as Production Manager in Manufacturing
- Production schedule achievement
- Manpower planning and control
- Production processes analisys and improvement
- Production cost analysis and improvement
- Production quality improvement
- Daily product quality inter department coordination
- Productivity improvement
- Production working performance control
- 5S and visual management control
3. QA MANAGER
Qualifications :
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering
- At least 5 years of experience as QA Manager in Manufacturing
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Technical Support to Vendor for New Parts Introduction
- Supervision to Vendors for Parts Quality Improvement
- Establish Part Inspection Standard and Critical Part List
- Monitoring Failure Cost and avoid losses causes of Part Quality
- Control New Project/New Model Introduction
- Control Parts Quality, Process Quality and Product Quality
4. LEGAL MANAGER
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent
- At least 5 years working experience as Manager in Manufacturing Company
- Excellent legal drafting, verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure with tight deadline
- Communicate and having good network with external parties, ie notary, lawyer, public authority
- Applicant must be willing to work in EJIP industrial Park – Cikarang
5. PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelo’s Degree, any field
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Purchasing Manager in Manufacturing company
- Prefarably Manager specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
- Responsible for the overall procurement processes , such as planning, budgetting , scheduling
- Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms
- Applicant must be willing to work in EJIP industrial Park – Cikarang
6. EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Engineering
- At least 1-2 years of experience in maintenance manajemen role
- Effective communication and people management skills
- Competent in problem solving , team building , planning and decision making
- Deep understanding with a mechanical / electrical / electronic discipline
7. STAFF IMPORT
Qualifications :
- Diploma in any field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Import
- Good Interpersonal skills and result oriented
- Understanding Procedure of Import Administration & Documentation
- Able to work well as team and independenlty
