About the Program
The Area Supervisor Development Program (ASDP) is a 12-months retail leadership accelerator designed to prepare high-potential fresh graduates for future Area Supervisor roles within Blibli OMG’s growing nationwide store network.
What You Will Experience
- 2 months of structured classroom development covering retail operations, leadership fundamentals, business acumen, analytical thinking, customer experience, and people management;
- 10 months of store immersion where you will work directly in store operations, understand day-to-day execution, and take ownership of selected business KPIs;
- Coaching and mentoring from experienced Store Leaders, Area Supervisors, and retail leaders;
- Exposure to real operational challenges, including sales performance, team coordination, customer handling, inventory discipline, and store compliance;
- Leadership evaluation and final assessment to determine readiness for future retail leadership roles;
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates from any major, or candidates with maximum 1 year of work experience;
- Bachelor’s degree graduates with minimum GPA 3.30;
- Passionate about retail, gadget/technology products, customer experience, and field operations;
- Strong in communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and execution discipline;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced store environment, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required;
- Willing to be placed, rotated, and assigned across Blibli OMG’s store network in Indonesia;
- Resilient, hands-on, target-oriented, and ready to lead from the field;
