Requirements:
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Management, Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR, GA, or a related position
- Good understanding of HR Administration and General Affairs practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive, organized, and able to maintain the confidentiality of employee information
- Strong problem-solving and administrative skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Willing to be placed at Lion Hotel & Plaza Manado, North Sulawesi
