This program prepares you for leadership roles across many functions and levels in BNI with one year comprehensive training journey.
Officer Development Program (ODP) Retail Banking is designed to be a future leader and professional in retail segment functions who will focus on marketing activities for retail banking business, financing program, credit analysis activities, managing relationship and potential customers, monitoring and maintaining portfolio quality to achieve targets that have been set to provide optimal profits for BNI Retail Banking Business.
General Qualifications
Candidates applying for the BNI ODP Retail Banking 2026 must meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Master’s Degree (S2) from reputable universities in relevant fields of study.
- Minimum GPA:
- S1: 3.00 or equivalent
- S2: 3.25 or equivalent
- Maximum age at the time of application:
- S1: 26 years old
- S2: 28 years old
- Proficient in English and required to submit an English proficiency score with the application.
- Minimum TOEIC score: 400 or equivalent.
- English test scores must be issued by an official/authorized institution and remain valid.
- No member of the applicant’s nuclear family currently works at BNI, including parents or siblings.
- Single, never been married, and willing to remain unmarried throughout the program journey.
- Have an interest in developing a career in sales/marketing.
- Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia to support the retail banking business.
