A Day in the Life
The Operations Management Trainee Program provides an accelerated 12-month rotational journey across L’Oréal’s plant environment. During the program, participants will have the opportunity to learn directly from industry experts while developing the skills and experience needed to prepare for a future leadership role in operations.
The program includes several key development areas:
1. Operational Rotations
Gain hands-on experience through operational rotations and become familiar with different aspects of plant operations.

3. On-the-Job Learning

Requirements
To be considered for the L’Oréal Indonesia Operations Management Trainee Program, candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Engineering graduate with a maximum of 2 years of work experience.
- Minimum GPA of 3.00 / 4.00 or equivalent.
- Fluent in English, with strong potential in leadership and management.
