The Operations Team covers the end-to-end process, from the moment Buyers search for products on Shopee until they receive their orders. The team analyzes and monitors Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and conducts analysis whenever operational performance fluctuates. The team consists of Customer Service, Payments, Listings, Warehouse, Shipping, Seller Operations, and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Ensure daily workforce fulfillment meets operational manpower requirements.
- Coordinate manpower requests with third-party vendors to maintain adequate workforce supply.
- Validate worker information and deployment schedules to ensure operational accuracy.
- Monitor workforce fulfillment, identify issues, and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct onboarding and training to prepare Daily Workers for operational assignments.
- Evaluate training outcomes and manage system access for qualified workers.
Requirement:
- Background in Manufacturing/Warehouse/Logistic is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in workforce management, manpower fulfillment, warehouse operations, vendor management, or a related operational role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
