Position:
Trainee Sales Representative
Sales Representative Trainee program is a 6-months designed to kickstart your career in sales. The program begins with comprehensive in-class training at Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi Bogor which aims to develop your essential sales skills and in-depth product knowledge. Following the in-class training, there will be On the Job training where you will learn about the implementation of the knowledges you gained in in-class training. Upon successfully completing the program, you will step into your role as a Sales Representative, and you’ll be deployed to one of our branches across Indonesia where you can start your professional career as Sales in Heavy Equipment industry.
Trainee Program Details :
- Duration: 6 Months
- Three months intensive in-class training at Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi, Bogor. Trainee will learn about basic sales skills and product knowledge.
- Three months On the Job training at one of our branches
- Final Evaluation: At the end of the trainee program
- Post Graduation of the Trainee Program: Will be hired as Sales Representative and will be deployed to one of our branches across Indonesia.
Requirements :
- Min. Diploma 3 degree. Open from all major, but preferably from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Marine Engineering major
- Max. 30 years old
- Having sales experience max 2 years from heavy equipment, banking, insurance, industrial material, or other related industries
- Open for fresh graduates from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, and Marine Engineering major.
- Have driving license (SIM A)
- Willing to be placed across Indonesia.
